I would really like to know what you plan on running that amp with if you are wanting 10kw out of it. I don't see that happening from the specs you posted running on a 14 volt system.

It's nothing big since I will be in the 501-700

RD amp d5 at 14v will put out around 6400 at .3 with rise to .7

If you can keep 14v on an amp like that? I would imagine that is around 450 amps of current right.

i think the drop was to 13.5-13.6, those d series amps need a good charging system. i would be willing to bet 450-500 amps of draw, i personally use the batcap 8400s for my d9s

Any amp that pulls that kind of current needs a "GOOD" charging system...LOL You like those batcaps better then kinetiks???

Y would I change classes if I've never ran this before and yes I am running truck have no reason to not run it just cuz someone is "DB" louder doesn't mean I won't run.

well i like the size of what i get in one battery vs like 8-10 kinetiks, and with other bodies battery limits a single battery with that much amperage works perfectly
