The basics are

sq.in/ voltage/ battery allowance
0-250/ 12v-14.7 max/ stock battery
251-500/ 12v-14.7 max/ stock battery +1
501-750/ 12v- 14.7 max/ stock battery +2
751-UP/ Unlimited/ Unlimited

or is 0-25 the 1 class and 250 is the max amount of inches in cone area???

0-250 sq.in of cone area allowed in the smallest class. EX. a couple of 12s or a single 15 here is a sq.in chart

so why would pone limit thereselve to 2 15's instead of 4 10's

4 10s would be 310 sq.in of cone area 2 15s is 350 something

ive personally seen 2 8's do 157so think how 4 would work

Yep, just a little different game here. You also have to fit a sq.in requirement to fit a class.

yep time for another beer. yeah james is right, i'm doing the 2 15's to stay in the 251-500 class for the time being. later i may go bigger, but just don't have the funds to do 6 15's right now lol.

you can run 6 10's or 9 8's in that class man thats the killer setup

i can sit and preach all day long that 6 15's ill never roduce what you would like for it to in your truck man, but you will probly never listen lol.

9 8's or 6 10's would be the better route

That would be fun to do and i can see it getting VERY LOUD. Also class structure i think is going to change. So I maybe would hold off a bit longer. You may be able to get away with more Twisted Evil

Yea I only have one 15 because this setup is only in there when I test and at a show. I have some pictures of the current build. The page is in car audio and its called time for upgrades. I will be more than glad to give you any info you need about the truck and current setup.
