all inefficiencies aside, I will give it props for being eye candy. (It is a rather clean build) Is it in the cargo area? If so even 4 in and optimal enclosure might not stay below the window line. Your talking 26-28cu.ft GROSS just for 4. Might if its an REAL hummer h2 style and not that gimped h3. Im sure it was a nice looked beast with 6 though.

Actually working on the truck now. With just 1000watts its has gotten pretty loud. Going to put in both zx1000.1s back on tomorrow and let it rip. Still tunning on the daily port right now and it is as loud as the old setup on 1000 watts right now by ear. I will have to see what its doing on the full 2000 and do a little tuning to the port when i can meter it tomorrow. Then i can start on the SPL port.

| Lots of work to be done. IM working with the port area and tunes now. Then i will take it all out and remove the 3rd row and get the amp rack in. I should have it ready this weekend i hope. | |

That eye candy was a flexin'. I like how i got to take his lady away to do a nice hairtrick. I think my voltage was dropping to low at the comp. I did some more testing today and i watched to voltage on my dash and did a slow roll on the volume till the amps shut off. I dont know how i got the 152.3 and broke the windshield without it shutting off. I even gave the batts a fresh charge and tested and still couldnt burp with the amps clipped like i did before.

| As far as I can tell the only people that could even do something like that at the hot springs show with their vehicles are the ones from AR SPL Yours, Kyles, Jonathan's, and mine (but barely)... Because we're all just that awesome... Ha (The guy with the 6 15's in the hummer wasn't moving as much air as our setups were if I recall correctly... lol) | |

| well i did some testing today and found out why by amps were shutting off.
i did some power clamp tests and found that with the box turned to the side i was getting an imp rise of 2.5 to 3x no bringing me over the 2 ohm stapable load. and with my voltage dropping below 12 it would shut off.
i tested again today with the box turned back forward and got almost a 5x rise. And with the less rise i could turn the volume up all the way with a big clipped signal and not even shut off.
When i tested the box turned to the side i only tested and low power to see what was louder because i didnt want to damage the windshield more before the comp. bad move i guess.
some scores to share, no pics though highest was a 152.2( still broken windshield and noone holding windows) in the kick with drive door open. and a 151.3 on the dash driver door open.
My favorite was my 150.5 sealed on the dash. with a 151.5 sealed in the kick.

| Well i got both my amps today and a new batt up front. The one up front was bad. Just had to be the model 2000 too So i have a yellow top in there for now. Daily port i moving air pretty well around the 35-40hz range. Going to see if it will trick. BTW this is without bracing the bottom of the box which needs it bad. Wanted to play with some port combos before i make it a fixed SPL port with a slide in daily port. | |
