Update 2/18/2012
Got my recones in so I have all 6 now!!! Here is a trick I do for ca gluing the surround down.
I only use a few clamps close to the mounting holes and then a heavy plastic spreader to apply even pressure and hit it with activator.
The little clamp adds 3 db, just sayin....
Side shot thru the basket at the coil - aluminum coil HDC3!!!
Nice!!!
I really like the way these look now, nice custom look and function.
My little one approves, she can't push them in so we are good!!!
Here is a compare short: Stock HDC3-v3(top) vs Custom HDC3-v4(bottom)
Also got these to put on, Pacesetter Longtube headers w/ARMOR coat chrome, making the truck louder every way possible!!! And little one approves again!!!
Looks like a good seat!!!!
More progress soon!!!

Got the Batcap 4000 installed in the stock location, now 6 4000s are in the truck.
Started running 1/0 thru the firewall, start with drill holes and installing grommets
Got 4 power and 4 grounds 1/0 stinger pro ran for alternators charge lines to rear battery bank.
This is what is looks like under the passenger seat.
Going into the toolbox
Wired up to the battery bank with some hooker fuse blocks
Got the Batcap 3000 installed, made a bracket to hold it into the battery tray and made some copper bars for the terminals for more cables. 3/8 thick copper bar.
Fully wired up to rear bank will add more lines over to the alternators once installed.
This picture was just for a why not, 4 empty spools of stinger 1/0 from this.

Alternator Install is DONE!!!!
16 runs of Stinger Pro/HPM 1/0 front to back!!!
Batcap 3000 fully wired with custom copper bar terminals and Hooker fuse blocks!!!
DONE!!!
Now I must say thanks to Mike, Eric and Josh at Mechman for all their help with working the regulator bugs out with me over the phone and everything works perfectly!!! I have one regulator controlling 2 alts at a time (each regulator has a heavy duty relay and switch in my center console), so I can leave two alts off when daily driving around town for a little better fuel mpg. Also Josh helped me figure out a way to keep the dash light off in the message center since the stock alt plug isn't plugged into anything, that battery light was getting on my nerves. I took a female 4 pin plug and just connect the two middle wires together and plugged that into the stock plug, battery light GONE!!!! Did all the mods to the Quad bracket as well like in the review done about a year ago, bracket is nice and straight and all the alts line up great. I must say I am very pleased at this point, knowing I have a rock SOLID electrical is gonna make this build go alot smoother.

Rollpan showed up and another thing to get done lol
Rollpan started, the edges grinded down and ready for welding. Hidden Hitch also installed.
Welded in and welds ground down ready for everglass.
First layer of everglass over the welded area.
Got the flip down plate installed and some primer on the corners to get me by until I am ready to finish the body work and paint.
Had to figure out a place for the backup camera, so flush mount? Why not?
Here is what the crazy mount looks like for the camera lol
Now I have the "widescreen" effect
