I believe this will help with any install. I just wish they had a coating so if they bumped they wouldnt spark. so if you want to add more power then your wire can give.

If you are talking about just buss bars then yes you can get them powder coated and then drill or sand the coating off the bolting areas and it would be protected like you are saying.

I plan on doing this for my battery bank in my toolbox one bar red and one bar black.
