If you got a Chevy/GMC truck suv or Ford truck/suv sure try them. If you dont have that good luck with him lol. GM 230 amp large Case alternator. Fits Tahoe, Blazer, Suburban, H2, Yukon, and more. GM 150 amp large Case alternator. Fits Tahoe, Blazer, Suburban, H2, Yukon, and more. Ford 230 amp large case alternator. Fits Expedition, excursion, and more. *Available on request* Some others to check would be DC is expensive but good, Mechman, Ohio Generators. You also have Iraggi. I have used Iraggi alts before and liked them just fine. But everyone seems to be having troubles with them lately. Dont know what going on there.

| MadMaxx says "they suck", but since I am a school teacher, I have to ask you to elaborate on that. Is it an output issue, lack of tech support, no reliablilty, etc. . .?
DB got my interest because they make an exact replacement to fit my (don't laugh) 93 Escort wagon. It's going to be a daily driver/commuter/fun with car audio car, but I don't really want to get into fabricating brackets. It's not that I can't, it's just that I don't want to.
While I appreciate all the input from everyone, I do have to point out that the large case GM stuff probably won't clear the hood, radiator core support and engine block all at the same time so I'm kind of limited on what I can do to begin with.

| Mechman and dc power are the only other two I would recommend for a non GM application. There customer service and alternator reputation is on point 100%. | |

| alright teach lol, now keep in mind this is just from reading on other forums BUT the majority of complaints I see about them are: output, longevity and in some cases tech support. Read on some forum a while back where a guy ordered one and when he received it the case was cracked and it was a mofo to get a replacement | |
