yeah what has been finalized on new rules? couldn't stay because i had to work the next day. i get up at 3:30 in the morning for work.

I don't think there will really be any new rules maybe just a few additions to eliminate some grey areas. The main focus was on class structures. Still waiting to see what the final verdict will be. As i suspected it was/is tough to keep class sizes down and still make it fair.That is where the biggest changes will be i suspect.
