the end of this year we will have enough saved for down payment of 7000 and closing cost of 3000
after we get a house ill save for a paint job just a think coat of flat black | |

| that way we know we will get the house we want and not get turned down i'd they dont want to pay but the house we are hoping to get bank owns it and bank always pay the closing cost but want the buy the pay a down payment unless its in a rural area | |
