Advanced is our supermod class is the way I read it.

I would have to agree.

And the way the rules are now "based on experience" you have how many world titles? Sounds to me like advanced maybe your class anyway. And since the rules will be at each show I can tell you some other people will see it that way to.

Will see how the year goes, but i think there is going to be some big issues come up this year with some of the "rules".

I asked for a rule change already on rule 7. "sharing equipment" I don't think it should be done under any circumstance if already being used to compete with. I can see it going really wrong when someone blows an amp then beats someone with a borrowed amp at a show. Class structure is another thing, but that will just have to see how many come to play and what they bring this year.

I think your equipment and more importantly your build will determine move up more than anything else I would think. If you have say a car in 0-250 doing upper 150s your probably going to get moved up a bit. No one would have a chance or want to compete against that and the class would die and lose competitors. I think thats where that rule comes from.

Lol I don't know what Jeff was saying all I know is he's trying to keep big players out of small classes .

No rule against it. In fact the rules state if you mod the interior to make the vehicle louder you get moved to advanced. Sounds like super-mod to me

the exact wording "has modified in the interior of their vehicle in any way to make thier vehicle louder on the meter, they will compete in this class. "

Because none has brought one. I can almost promise Jeff would take the entry, but it may make a new class or maybe make it a more visible that we need to structure better to accommodated a bigger separation from street vs more strictly SPL geared vehicles. Advanced was a new add on just for finals that stayed. It was made for 16v and above systems to keep them away from the more 14v systems. Then when Andrew added alts he was added to the rules with limiting alts and moved to there.

I guess rules are made with the vision of not seeing a super mod car at any show. But just my guess and we messed Tubbs thread all up lol.

Thats just it. I don't see a single rule for Advanced. Only that if you don't fit the other classes you go there.

I just know in any other org there's more rules in extreme than any other rules

An I think Jeff would say something about that than just bring what ever u want cuz that wouldn't be fare

This class is for competitors that want to make the most out of their audio system.

Time to nut up or shut up lol.

Talking to Jeff would be the best though. If nothing else I know others myself included would love to see a supermod at a show or two
