ebay company bs

ok i recent bought an item from a Ebay company

listed item was free shipping

i received an email for a paypal request for 20 dollars

i email back asking what is that for they reply for shipping again this is listed item is free shipping^

the email stated for them to send to a po box charge is 20 and they do not ship to any other address then what is on your paypal account

i email back stating that im not paying for that cuz it stated free shipping in the listing

the company sends another request for money so i pay it so i can get this item asap they tell me that they are still shipping it to a po box which i dont have anymore

so i hoping that it forwards on to me

i told them when i sent the money it better be for overnight shipping

as of now still haven't received a reply

Can you not update your shipping address through paypal?

yea i just did that just received tracking number which doesn't say anything

This is why sometimes buying online just isnt as cracked up as it seems sometimes. Yes you save money but, do you if you dont get your product? As with warrenty issues it can make for a tough time also. Sorry to hear you are having such a hard time. Hope it all gets worked out for you.

yea it suck i was doing so good with ebay until now well at least i still have my old amp for the comp if the new dont get here
